Well, today was bottling day. After waiting for a week with the beer in the secondary, it is time to bottle. I'm little concerned because I didn't see any activity when I popped the lid on the bucket. Now we have to wait about 10 days to see if we have any carbonation. We ended with a finally gravity of 1011, which should yield about 4.5% ABV after bottle conditioning.
