Homebrew part 2

Well, after a two month break from home brewing we couldn't hold off any longer. Since summer doesn't come to Monterey until September, we thought we should brew some summer beer for September.

Here is what we decided upon.
Lawnmower de Saison: The adventurous beer drinker’s lawnmower beer. This farmhouse saison style is light, crisp and refreshing, perfect after a bout with the mower. The orange peel and coriander add a refreshing zest with a peppery finish from the Grains of paradise.

Ingredients used:
3.3 lbs Gold malt extract
3.3 lb Wheat malt extract
1 lb Clear Candi Sugar
8 oz Cara-20
8 oz Unmalted Wheat (pre-mixed)
1 oz Saaz
2 oz Kent Goldings
1/4 tsp Grains of Paradise
1 oz bitter orange peel
1/2 oz whole coriander
yeast
