John Denver Memorial

Ten years ago today, John Denver was killed as his plane he was piloting crashed along the Pacific Grove Coastline. After much deliberation, the Pacific Grove City Council finally allowed the "Friends of John Denver" to build a plague at the site of his crash. As I was out riding, I snapped this picture of drift wood that has been the memorial in the interim.
