Daddy's new training partner

Less then one month before the Wildflower Triathlon and Matt now has a training buddy to help. After reading lots of reviews for jogging strollers and/or bike trailers the Chariot Cougar was the winner.  We even got a great deal on it, thank you Craigslist. The best part is the stroller converts over to a bike trailer. We'll have to wait for Colin to get a little older before using it.  The stroller has an adjustable suspension and rides very smooth.  We had one funny moment on our first trip around the neighborhood. Like a Looney Toons episode with an 'ACME' stroller, we were turning the corner and the front wheel came off,  rolling down the street with Kate chasing after it. Kate was right, we should have double checked to make sure the wheel was secure.
Ready for our maiden voyage

Our second trip out was much better (no wheels came off) and more scenic.  Colin seemed to really enjoy it, but Matt was less certain given the winds were over 20 mph and the stroller acted like a parachute. None the less, we managed 5 miles.
Thanks Dad for the great views, I'm having fun watching the boats

That jog tired me out!
