Happy Halloween
It hasn't rained in a long time, but one of the heaviest rain storms in over a year happen to occur on Halloween this year. It might have been raining cats and dog, but we made the most of it. We decided on a family costume: Penn State football player, Penn State superfan, a ref and a football.
